Fifth Café of Europe in Spa:

Presentation


This Café is organised by the tourism office of Spa in partnership with the European Historic Thermal Towns Association (EHTTA) and the Route of Spa Towns in the Massif Central, with the participation of the Salon Santé et Bien-être. 

The event brings together 24 European thermal towns, members of the EHTTA, professional of culture, of heritage and of tourism, but also people eager to better understand the challenges currently faced by the European thermal towns.

The organisation of this event takes into consideration the future orientations for tourism in the European Union, on its wish to promote Destination Europe as a whole and on her desire to anticipate the consequences linked to the « Directive Santé sans Frontières » (Health without borders).

Spa’s Café event will examine the role that spa towns have played in the development of modern tourism, and the part it can play in developing new forms of “slow”, “eco”, wellness and healthy tourism.

The Salon Santé et Bien-être is an event which aims to catch attention on health, medical approaches and wellness linked to thermal water.

Sport, healthy diet, wellness, relaxation ... 

The Salon Santé et Bien-être is a friendly space: exhibitors and visitors meet to exchange tips and tricks on various products and services for wellness.

It is also a place of "conferences", with several professionals who discuss about various topics. 

But the Salon Santé et Bien-être is also an “Animation” space which offers many introductory sessions and demonstration of various sports.

This event will take place for the second time. The central topic of this second edition is the thermalism and its benefits.

There will be: 

-22 exhibitors and specialist of health & wellness,
-5 conferences given by professionals, 
-8 tasters and demonstration sports sessions. 

The entry will be free.
